PIMPLE

These are due to scanty irregular menses and excess of heat in the body. Acupressure treatment will be given on the balm and treatment for removing excess heat as followed:-

1. 20 grams Cumin seed powder (Jeera)
2. 20 grams Saunf
3. 20 grams amla powder.
4. 20 grams ginger powder
5. 20 grams crystal sugar (Misri)
6. 10 grams black pepper (kali mirch)
 
Grind them into powder and keep it in a bottle. Take 1 teaspoonful of this powder with water in the morning and evening.
